I agree dermabrasion and micro-dermabrasion can be effective for tattoo removal. Lasers have over-taken thes methods in popularity because they can be really painful.
They hurt for a longer period of time, while laser really just hurts while your having it done.
Keep in mind that dermabrasion can cause scarring, discoloration and in some cases infection. Using an anti-bacterial ointment after the treatment is important.
